Get to know me personally ⟶I live in Hengelo in the Netherlands, I'm married and father of three daughters. Outside of work I look for space: in music, in nature and in the moment itself.
I've been an entrepreneur since I was 22. Newminds was my work for twenty years and a big part of who I was. After the sale to Axelio I let it go and started again, with more space and less hurry.
Drawn to non-duality for some twenty years, starting with Eckhart Tolle. Meditation keeps me close to what is here now.
At home, on the road and live whenever I can. A good concert puts everything back in place.

I help leadership teams and founders decide what AI should do for them, guide them along the way, and build and run the apps that come out of it.

Our digital foundations come from a handful of companies, on a business model in which the user is the raw material. AI has broken the barrier of scale: a small team with agents on its own hardware can now build what used to take a tech giant. So software can belong to its users again: open source, cooperative, on its own infrastructure.
I carry out and spread that vision with p2tp, power to the people. Appfabriek is the workshop.
